This page describes what your order status means.
Pending
If your order is showing as pending this means that we are awaiting to process your order. This can happen if you have paid VIA an e-cheque, or you have not completed your order fully. If you see this message and want to track your order please contact us and we will give you further information.
Awaiting CC Processing
This Means we have your order and we are awaiting processing of your credit card. This message can be displayed for 24 hours, and will change to "Processing" when we have processed your card sucessfully.
Processing
This means we are processing your order. Your T-Shirts are ready to be printed or are in the stages of being printed and ready to be sent out for dispatch.
Dispatched
We have sent out your order. Please be aware that This is the time which we send your order out and NOT the time which you receive the goods. We ship First Class royal mail, so you should receive your goods within 1-2 business days.
if you live outside the UK this can take anywhere upto 21 working days depending on your country, local postage services and customs. |
