14 Day Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Lush T Shirts, and if we have made an error such as sent you the wrong size, colour, or shirt, please let us know and we will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible. You can contact us by emailing store@lushtshirts.co.uk, or replying to the dispatch email you were sent by our team. You should let us know your order number so we can deal with your problem more efficiently.

If you would like an exchange for a different size please let us know by email, and we will help. Exchanging for a different size shirt is completely free, however you will need to get the shirt we have sent back to us. When you send your order back to us please include your order number, name and the size you would like. This will make it easier for us to deal with your order and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

If you would prefer a refund please contact us immediately. You have 7 days to return your order to us so we can process a refund for you. The shirt should be in perfect condition with all tags on the shirt, and have no marks or odors from things such as perfumes or aftershaves. You will be refunded the cost of the t-shirts you have ordered.

It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery. You MUST contact us for a returns authorisation before we can accept a return. A failure to do this may lead to a delay in dealing with your request, or your order may get sent back to you.

Items which cannot be returned

Some items cannot be returned. These include underwear and custom made garments such as custom made t-shirts. We do not offer an exchange or refund on these items, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Postage is non-refundable unless you are returning the shirt because of a manufacture fault.
